The primary fermentation undergoes in stain-less steel tanks with low temperature between 13ºC and 14ºC.
The juice stay 45 days on its lees before being transfer to the bottle without fining or filtering.
Ageing: 18 months on the lees.

Tasting Notes:
Not your typical Cava with its unique blend of Spanish, French and German white grapes, the A Priori is nonetheless a Cava that makes an impression. With a touch of residual sugar, this aromatic blend has subtle stone fruit and lychee nuances with a long, refreshing finish.
